 Located at 9 Label Street in Montclair, NJ, The Pantry
distributes meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as
non-perishables, to our clients between 12:30 and 2:15 p.m. on
Tuesdays and Thursdays. Food valued from $25 to $30 per
bag is distributed. Families with three or more members
receive two to four bags of food. We also provide instant
formula, baby food and diapers for parents with infants.
More than half of the food distributed is received through
programs coordinated by the Community Food Bank of New Jersey.
The remainder is obtained principally from food drives and the
purchase of supplemental fresh food. We also provide
clothing, house wares and medical screenings in conjunction with
Mountainside Hospital. |
